Today, ENS DAO raffled off 25 copies of their Constitution.
In three hours, the bid went from 33 ENS to 137 ENS.
Tomorrow, it will be worth $25B.

More Than a Collectible

Ethereum Naming Service (ENS) is the founding father of web3 identity. Instead of having an overly complex 0x123abcd456efg address, I can take payments by telling anybody to send a transaction to “JayFrank.eth.”

ENS cleanly indexes all of my wallets, not just the one on the Ethereum blockchain. A quick search of JayFrank.eth on Etherscan would show all of my actions on Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and even Rinkeby Testnet.

Even further, JayFrank.eth creates a social profile, with a link to my profile picture, Bitcoin address, Litecoin address, e-mail address and social media profiles.

The ENS DAO Constitution was written to ensure all resources used by ENS will ensure the long-term viability of ENS and fund public goods. With over 1M ENS names registered, we will see ENS Constitution become just as valuable as the U.S. Constitution.
